An avid and accomplished networker, Shalom has produced hundreds of speed networking events and brings vast event management experience to each organization he works with.
He’s the founder of Jewish B2B Networking (JB2B), a business and employment networking organization that hosts events, develops programming and shares resources to help business networkers become more successful and job seekers find new positions. He also consults with other organizations that want to develop similar programs.

Shalom’s skills as a strategic thinker and talented marketer enable him to help organizations and small business clients become more successful. He has logged over 4,000 hours of consulting hours working with dozens of organizations, consulting in areas of external affairs, finance, operations, marketing and management.
Military Service
Shalom is a proud Commissioned Officer and leader in the United States Army Reserve. He holds a secret security clearance from the Department of Defense and serves in the Military Police Corps overseeing the training and assignments for his unit.
